Shipping

Paintings are carefully packed and usually dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment.

Finland: €35,90. Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch. Free collection from my studio in Nikinmäki, Vantaa, is available by appointment.

International: Shipping starts from €89, depending on the artwork and destination. The final cost will be confirmed before purchase. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 weeks after dispatch.

For international delivery, large paintings (70 × 50 cm or larger) are generally shipped rolled in a protective tube. These will need to be re-stretched by a local framer at the buyer’s expense. The shipping method will always be agreed before purchase.

Delivery times are estimates. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Payment

Payment is available by bank transfer or invoice, or in cash when collecting from the studio. A payment plan may also be arranged by agreement. More payment options will be available soon.

Cancellations & returns

For eligible online and other distance purchases, you may cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the artwork.

To cancel, email pauliina.purmonen@gmail.com with your name and the title of the artwork. Please return the artwork within 14 days of your cancellation notice. I will provide the return address and packing instructions.

The buyer pays the direct return shipping costs. Please pack the artwork securely, preferably using its original packaging. You may inspect the artwork as you would in a shop; handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it may result in a deduction for diminished value.

Refunds

Refunds include the artwork price and the cost of standard outbound delivery. Any additional cost for an upgraded delivery service is excluded.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. I may withhold the refund until the artwork has been returned or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever happens first.

Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without additional fees.

Damage or other issues

If your artwork arrives damaged or there is another issue with your order, please contact me as soon as possible at pauliina.purmonen@gmail.com. Include photographs of the artwork and packaging, and keep the packaging while the issue is being resolved.

Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by these terms.
